The living room has a sofa bed and dining area, flat screen TV and two balconies from which you can enjoy an absolutely spectacular view of the Matterhorn and the slopes.
The kitchen – with balcony too – has a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer. Particular attention has been devoted to the supply of plates and dishes.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe and window overlooking the slopes and a second bedroom with a bunk bed with views of the Matterhorn.
The bathroom, with hot water heater, has a shower and a washing machine.
The apartment has a private cellar for storing skis and boots and a private garage for 1 car.
It’s forbidden smoke in the apartment and pets are not allowed (we have other properties suitable for dogs and cats. Just ask!)

The location.
The condominium Montabel is undoubtedly the most comfortable of all Cervinia: just cross a small footbridge to reach the slopes and the chair lifts. At the end of your ski day, you can chooseto ski back home by a relaxing blue ski run or speed along a red one. In both cases, you will arrive just in front of your door. All this does not compromise the comfort of living in the town center
Given its centrality, you not need a car to get to the house or to go skiing: everything is easily accessible on foot.
The Neighborhood.
The Cervinia’s pedestrian street is less than 80m from your entrance’s door.
On the ground floor of the building there is a ski rental shop, a bar, an excellent restaurant and the ski school Breuil. At 50 meters there is a public parking.
A few meters from the building, there is a trail that leads to the small Alpini Chapel. You can easly go there with snowshoes (snow conditions permitting). Within minutes you can immerse yourself in a unique mountain scenery, at the foot of the Matterhorn.
