Villa Ada is a simple, alpin chalet and is absolutely ideal for small chalet parties.
Fully designed for your vacation, it has a private wi fi and TV sat. It’s a superior lodge, so you can enjoy extra features including the boots heater, washing machine and dishwasher.
It is a small independent house completely restructured, structured on four levels (approximately 25sqm per floor for a total of about 95sqm).

Ground floor:
Warm and inviting, the living area on the ground floor hosts the living room with dining table and tv sat.
The kitchenette has a breakfast counter, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer.

First floor:
An internal staircase leads to the first floor. It includes a queen size bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a single bedroom with extra single bed. This room has a sunny balcony south exposed.

Attic:
The ceiling follows the roof line, with a maximum height of 180cm that lowers up to 50cm at the ends. Here, a sleeping area has been created, with two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed.

Basement:
From the ground floor you can descend downstairs. There is a room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

WHERE IS IT?
Villa Ada is totally independent, with its own boiler for hot water and heating.

THE LOCATION
It sits in a sunny position in the centre of Cervinia and is perfectly located for access to its incredible skirama. Situated just 200meters (approx.) from the piste, you can access the nearest lift “Cretaz” in a couple of minutes! Within 100meters (approx.) of the chalet is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Close to the house there is a big public parking.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Behind the door there is the cross country ski track in winter and the golf course in summer. The Alpine Guide’s office is on the other side of the road: just test your skills trying some of the most adrenaline high mountain activities in this scenery of unique beauty.
